District Rotary Foundation Seminar Qualification Qualification provides clubs with controls to meet Foundation requirements and to manage grant-funded activities. Clubs need to qualify before applying for – global grants (required by TRF) – packaged grants (required by TRF) – district grants (if required by the district )
