17 MPACT was a culturally tailored quit smoking program for young adult Pacific Islanders (PI) Cell phones and a Facebook App delivered quit smoking messages and education to participants Over 20% of PIs who used MPACT quit smoking vs. only 13.3% who used a standard non- tailored online program
