6 Action Research It integrates research into the work settings (Guskey, 2000) It is a spiraling cycle of problem identification and solving (Johnson, 1993) Teachers should observe students closely, analyzing their needs, and adjust the curriculum to fit the needs (Hubbard & Power, 1999)
