Counselor/Facilitator Training To become certified as a Counselor for the Ad Altare Dei award or Facilitator for the Pius XII award individuals must complete Training for Scout Religious Award Counselors/Facilitators available through the Diocese of Duluth Catholic Committee on Scouting.
