2 Counselor/Facilitator Training To become certified as a Counselor for the Ad Altare Dei award or Facilitator for the Pius XII award individuals must complete Training for Scout Religious Award Counselors/Facilitators available through the Diocese of Duluth Catholic Committee on Scouting.

3 Training Requirements Complete the training module for which you are seeking certification. Obtain a letter of recommendation from your pastor to serve as a Counselor or Facilitator.
