3 8.1 HANDLER REPORT FEATURE (DAILY BASIS) – SETUP REQUIRE DB -User need to setup the necessary DB (12, 161, 162, 168, 169, 59) before use this function. -User can type in require DB number & Click “Add  ” to add the require DB into here.

4 8.1 HANDLER REPORT FEATURE (DAILY BASIS) – MACHINE STATISTICS PART 1 -User can open “Machine Statistics” to view the machine performance data. -Data will refresh at every 3s interval, else user can click “Refresh” button to refresh the counter values. -When user click “Stop” button, it will auto stop the auto refresh until user click “Auto” button to resume the refresh time interval. -User can click “Close” button to minimize the form. Formula for Item Require: -Total Input (Total insertion unit for machine) -Total Output (Total unit is good to sort/ tape) -Total Tested (Total unit tested by all of test station) -UPH (Machine UPH) -Cycle Time (machine cycle time) -Test Time (machine test time) -Planned Prod Time (86400 mins = 24 hours) -Operating Time (Planned Prod Time – Total DownTime) -Yield (Total Output / Total Input)

6 8.1 HANDLER REPORT FEATURE (DAILY BASIS) – HOURLY STATISTIC Formula: -User can open up this form to view the hourly statistics output and total output per day. -This form will perform auto refresh at every 3s. -User can click “Refresh” to refresh the counter values on this page, and “Close” button to minimize down the form. -All counters will be reset to zero at 12am after finish generating the report data

7 8.1 HANDLER REPORT FEATURE (DAILY BASIS) – REPORT GENARATOR -There are few form pages in this report generator form such as Error Type, Error Category, Collect Group, Collet No, Statistics, and Result page. -User can select date range to preview the report. -There is 4 Error Type listed, such as Info Error, Assist Error, Failure Error, and Overall Error. -Collet No start with 2 is represent MT2, and 1 is represent MT1. -Statistics is overall performance data listed with date range selection for previewing, process might be slow when retrieving data from long date range. -User can save the result in *.txt format when users click “Save” button.
