Step 1: If the numbers below the zeros are bigger than the zero, you will have to borrow. To borrow, you must go over until you are at a number other then zero.
Step 2: Borrow one from your number, add to the next zero to make 10.
Step 3: Borrow one from the 10 (it becomes 9) and add it to the next 0 to make another 10.
Step 4: Subtract to find the difference.
