11 English Access Microscholarship Program The program funded by the United States Department of State. The program targets Palestinian youth in grades eight and nine in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. English Access Microscholarship Program will provide 243 hours of English language instruction, 35 hours of enhancement activities that include cultural enrichment and career skills training.
