4 7 ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR TEAMWORK 1Listening The students in this team listen to each other's ideas. Students will be "piggy-backing" (or building) off each other's ideas.

5 2Questioning The students in this team question each other. Students are interacting, discussing, and posing questions to all members of the team.

6 3Persuading The students in this team use persuasion. Students are exchanging, defending, and rethinking ideas.

7 4Respecting The students in this team respect the opinions of others. Students are encouraging and supporting the ideas and efforts of others.

8 5Helping The students in this team help each other. Students are offering assistance to each other.

9 6Sharing The students in this team share. Students are offering ideas and reporting their findings to each other.
