Visceral Reaction to More TCS than FS/FCS –Is it a problem when other people are eager to give us their IP to sell? We are Not Charging Enough for TCS –Quality checking costs are substantial!

5. Conclusions TCS Brings Many Positive Things to IEEE –Elimination of TCS seems unwise & unlikely. Some Pieces of TCS Need Tuning, but We Need to Concentrate on Those Pieces, Not All of TCS –Quality, Financial Distribution, Rapid Growth. We Need to Understand What Drives TCS in MGA –We understand the drivers in TAB, but most of our TCS growth is in MGA. We Don’t Charge Enough for TCS –Costs to manage our TCS business are rapidly increasing, especially the quality checking.
