2 EPP Promotional Opportunities Overview EPP developed and is implementing a comprehensive plan to reach three main audiences: l the Member Participant l the Partner l the Prospective Partner Staff is taking the following steps to boost program visibility: l Website update – Completed! l Survey of participants – Completed! l Collateral materials updated and developed – New pieces available end of June 2008! l Editorial pieces placed in print and on-line vehicles – In Process l Participating in Virtual Trade Show - November 08 l Developing banner and button ads for placement on IEEE on-line vehicles – In Process

4 Member Postcard Target audience -IEEE Members Distributed at events such as trade shows, conferences and special meetings Designed to highlight for members another value- added benefit of their membership. Driving members to the EPP website for course information and registration

5 EPP Tool Kit Target Audience - the Partner Tool kit provides how-to information on: Set up of the customized landing page IEEE masterbrand policies and how they apply to the Partners Marketing opportunities, and more… The Partner receives this document once the contract is signed

6 EPP Sales Brochure Target audience – Potential Partners Staff will distribute at events where academic or corporate entities are present and have shown an interest in partnering with IEEE Education Partners Program Brochure showcases the advantages of partnering with the leading technical organization in the world
