By consensus the following key questions were formulated: What is the prevalence of CONDITION in adults with DS? What is the severity of CONDITION in adults with DS? Among adults with DS can those at ultra-high risk for CONDITION be identified? What are the accepted, screening or evaluation tests utilized?
