6. Hold the cardboard with one hand and bring a magnet under the cardboard with the other hand. magnet

7. Move the iron filings over the face.

8. Use the iron filings to make hair on the face.

9. What is Magnetic Force? The magnetic force pulls on each tiny piece of iron filing. As you move the magnet under the cardboard the iron filings are dragged along. Draw the magnetic force around the magnet. magnet
