Some characteristics of working in projects are time limits, cooperativ e groups, planned processing and defined aims to reach. At the beginning of a project the students receive a problem. The learners have to work in an open and complex enviroment. Everybody has to pass five stages: orientation, planing, acting, correcting and finalizing. Learning within a project is a form of lesson which demands that the students decide if, what, when and how they act. The weaker the students are the better a task needs to be prepared, they might need more support or a more specific task. For each project there must be defined tasks which requires an outcome, named intellectual output (IO). The project consortium comprises of high-schools from Romania (Lead Partner), UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Greece and Turkey. The project addresses the young generation, in pragmatic terms, so that they become active European citizens who take advantage of all the European opportunities, on one side, and make positive social changes, on the other side. One person has to lead the group in a working process. A working plan is as important as nessesary. The plan must be discussed and adapted as every other plan with risks and incalculable factors. To follow and reach the aims of a project plan there must also be a time table. The agreements should be planned periodicaly. For example, a meeting can be on Skype, but that does not replace a face-to-face conference. The best way to get people informed is via e-mail or with a blog. The Project Center becomes the working place which wants to be organized, decorated and kept tidy. The students should exchange papers, photos or notes on blogs or due to similar websites. For YBRECA a virtual place to work should be used. One possibility is an online Realtime Board. It looks like a pinboard. It helps to organize the way of working. It can be helpful to exchange actual working stuff. A way to document is the „minutes“ - a kind of protocol for each topic and each partner. All the ideas of teachers or students should be included in planning in order to optimize the result. The students have to act in an open setting. A design for all created materials is important for the students identification. Periodically the plan of teachers and the results of students must be tuned. One of the most important acts for all partners and students is to exhibit the results. You should also not forget the critiques, risks and problems that might arise. One of the most helpful things will be the results, but also the aspects of coordinating and realizing a project. That is the reason we decided to link all the results into this guide. The implementation is an ongoing process.
