2. My Plan Requirements  Nuclear Family  2 Married Adults with Child(ren)  Child must be under age of 5  Child must be under the care of one parent (not in day-care)  Other parent must have full time job (Work at least 35 hours a week)

3. My Plan (Cont.) Procedure  Case workers or managers will be assigned to any individuals that apply for this job  Managers will check in with the parents at least once a week to make sure they are fulfilling their duties  Parent will be subject to random drug-testing If requirements are met then:  Stay-at-home parent will be paid $400 per week  This will be taxable income

4. My Plan (Cont.) Penalties  Failure to satisfy any of the requirements will lead to immediate termination of pay  Failure of drug test will lead to immediate termination of pay along with a fine of up to three weeks pay ($1200)  Cases of neglect of child(ren) will be prosecuted to full extent of the law.
