12 Calendar Habits  Schedule to Goal  Reconcile your calendar!  No SAM? Plan time in your calendar (daily or weekly)15 minutes daily or 30 minutes per week  No SAM? Keep a record of events( print your calendar to record impromptu events, changes)  Time- Schedule Friday after the work day or on Sunday night after 6pm (allow for time to enjoy family and friends)  Schedule teacher observations (20 minutes or longer) refer to previous week to ensure each teacher has been seen bi-weekly)
