10. Preliminary Visit  Dr. Cevallos, Evaluation Team Chair, will conduct a preliminary visit on October 15-16, 2009  He will meet with key constituents including the Steering Committee, the President, Faculty and Staff, and the Board of Trustees

11. The Self-Study 2010 Team Visit  Approximately seven to eight peers will make up the self-study evaluation team  Members come from peer institutions and have diverse backgrounds and expertise  A final list of Evaluation Team Members names and areas of expertise will be provided on the self-study website once the team membership is finalized
