5 Youth Department Co-Management & Instruments European Youth Foundation  Set up in 1972 to provide financial support for international youth activities carried out by youth organisations. The EYF may contribute to the financing of the following activities:  International youth meetings  Youth activities other than meetings  Administration of international non-governmental youth organisations and networks  Pilot projects

6 Youth Department Co-Management & Instruments Partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth policy, youth research and youth work Objectives: Complementarities and synergies of two institutions Recognition and quality of youth work Contribution to evidence-based youth policy Activities: Training and capacity-building Knowledge production and provision, EKCYP Youth policy seminars and workshops Networking and dialogue Regional co-operation: EECA, SEE, Euro-Med, Africa Information and Publication: Magazine – Coyote, T-Kits, Books
