The Fraternity pays for the co-chair training and travel for international volunteers and staff who travel to the Signature Events. Each Signature Event location will be reimbursed up to $1000 of spending on supplies for the events. Step-and-repeat banner, pull-up banner, stickers, tote bags, balloons, social media signs and silicon bracelets. Local Responsibility: Dollies or carts Tables and table coverings Trash bags Boxes Pallet jacks and/or forklift Any supplies for children’s activities Helium tank and ribbons for balloons Food for volunteers Anything else you think you might need to make your event run smoothly!

8 How does the club fit in? In order to put on a successful event, the local club should buy into and be supportive of the Signature Event. It is recommended that the club president not be one of the co-chairs and that those who hold regional leadership positions not serve in key committee roles. Promote, promote, promote!

9 What makes a strong application? We are looking for as complete an application as possible. This means: – Having viable options for your venues – Filling most, if not all, your committee positions – Clear commitment from local clubs or chapters or other organizations to provide volunteers – Compelling statistics and narrative about why this event would make an impact in your community
