GOALS:
to improve the integration of children with special needs into the schools community and society
to strengthen tolerance for their differences
to improve the support and educational help system for them
to create such circumstances at school that could make their achievements as high as it is possible
TASKS:
to create the system of voluntary help, where pupils can help each other in learning and some teachers-volunteers can help them, too.

Projektas vykdomas Koordinuojanti institucija atsakinga už skirtos dotacijos paskirstymą projekto partnerinėms organizacijoms (ir asocijuotiems partneriams). Monitoring - the collection and analysis of easy understandable data about the project activity. Project has a Monitoring and Evaluation plan with appropriate indicators, included into the activity plan.

Monitoring process:
- Project managers of both partners will be in constant communication with the implementing organizations during the course of the project and informing each other about the current state and progress
- Each partner will inform local coordinator about the progress of the project, problems faced etc.
All partners will submit quarterly reports, giving details of the activities and progress, main partners – interim and final reports;
Consultations with organisation that has a stronger expertise in a sphere of special education than local partners have - Centre of special pedagogy and psychology in Lithuania. TURKEY??
After getting some useful information Lithuanian partner will share this information with Turkish partner (and vice versa).
Any suggestions and ideas?
Stebėsenos procesas:
Projekto vadovai iš abiejų šalių nuolat komunikuos su įgyvendinančiomis organizacijomis ir stebės fizinį progresą
Kiekvienas partneris informuos vietos koordinatorių apie projekto eigą, problemas ir kt.
Visi partneriai teiks ketvirčio ataskaitas apie veiklą ir progresą, pagrindiniai partneriai – tarpinę ir galutinę ataskaitas;
Koordinatorius analizuos ataskaitas, seks projekto eigą, teiks grįžtamąjį ryšį, pastabas ir pasiūlymus raštu, darys pataisas, esant poreikiui;

29. Evaluation / Įvertinimas (1)
Project Evaluation system:
all partners together will evaluate activity, share recommendations with each other for better development and implementation during transnational meetings (in forms of discussions and surveys).
Activity evaluation meetings of local partners will be arranged quarterly (not too often? ) or at the end of particular project activity period (notes will be taken and evaluated).
1-2 persons, generally responsible for the project activity in each associated partner organization, and persons who participated in project activity at that last period will participate in those meetings (volunteers, special-needs children, parents)
Discussions will be held about the satisfaction for the project and its’ interim results, the impact on partners organizations and project target groups, problem fields and possibilities to help each other to act better
Projekto įvertinimo sistema:
Visi partneriai kartu vertins veiklą, dalysis rekomendacijomis, kaip pagerinti veiklą tarptautinių susitikimų metu (diskusijų ir apklausų forma).
Vietos partnerių veiklos įvertinimo susitikimai bus rengiami kas ketvirtį (ne per dažnai? ) ar tam tikro veiklos etapo pabaigoje (bus vedami ir įvertinami užrašai).
Juose dalyvaus 1-2 asmenys iš kiekvienos įstaigos, atsakingi už projekto veiklą, ir veikloje dalyvaujantys asmenys (savanoriai, SUP mokiniai, tėvai)
Vyks diskusijos apie pasitenkinimą projektu, jo tarpiniais rezultatais, poveikiu organizacijoms ir tikslinėms grupėms, problemines sritis ir galimybes padėti vieni kitiems tobulinti veiklą

better inner status or condition, bigger self-confidence, self-value, integration and other aspects of children with special needs;
continuously acting voluntary system with clear members, processes and rules;
- quantitative:
1) a number of volunteers teachers and pupils in schools' systems;
2) a number of children with special needs actively participating and using voluntary system in schools;
3) grades of special-needs children.

The expected project impact will be measured:
- on participants (direct and indirect target groups - with a help of surveys, informal talks, observations, formal discussions during local meetings and training activities, specifically for children with special needs - analysis of personal learning achievements);
- on participating organisations (with a help of surveys, discussions during local and transnational meetings, analysis of the reports after those meetings, informal talks);
- on the local community (surveys could include some questions for participants adults as a members of their communities);
- on the regional level (feed-back surveys and informal talks with visitors of multiplier event in the end of the project, the general interest in the intellectual product of other schools of a regions after the project and wish to implement similar systems)
Tikėtinas projekto poveikis bus matuojamas:

Visa projekto įgyvendinimo veikla turi būti dokumentuota: vizitų programos, seminarai, užrašai, vietinių ir tarptautinių partnerių susitikimų ataskaitos, pateiktys, nuotraukos ir kt.
Projekto dokumentus saugoti po projekto 5 metus
Kartais gali būti svarbu išsaugoti el. laiškus
Agentūros siūlymas
sutartys su partneriais (dėl ataskaitų, mokėjimų, veiklų)
sukurti administravimo grupę
Su mokymų dalyviais reikalingos sutartys

All activities of project implementation have to be documented: agendas of visits, seminars, notes and reports of local and transnational partner meetings, presentations, pictures etc.
Documents have to be saved 5 years after project end date.
Sometimes it can be important to save e-letters

to make agreements with partners (about reports, payments, activities)
to create administration group
Agreements with participants of training activities are also needed
