3. GOAL IDENTIFICATION Red Bluff Elementary has 4 goals. They are: literacy, numeracy, social development and aboriginal education. Strategies for Social Development: Our Code of Conduct is an insert in the first 8 pages of the Student Planner and a pamphlet is available to new and existing parents at the beginning and throughout the school year.Our Code of Conduct is an insert in the first 8 pages of the Student Planner and a pamphlet is available to new and existing parents at the beginning and throughout the school year. Every teacher has class meetings at the beginning of the year to discuss our belief systems and how they translate to positive behaviors at the school. This is an ongoing strategy. 6. We use the Social Responsibility Performance Standards. 9. Aboriginal Enhancement Agreement There are 4 goals in the agreement. 10. FUTURE DIRECTIONS Continue to believe in and foster quality in our teaching and student/parent /community relationships.
