8 Energy Avoidance December 2012 – November 2015 Our total avoidance is 1245 metric tons of CO 2 equivalent. This equals:  Annual greenhouse gas emissions from 262 passenger vehicles  CO 2 emissions from 16.5 tanker trucks of gasoline  Greenhouse gas emissions from 446 tons of waste sent to the landfill

9 Awards and Grants  Whitehouse School recognized as NJ Green Ribbon School  Gardinier Environmental Fund $10,000 grant through Sustainable Jersey for Schools for mobile energy labs  Project WET $1500 grant for TBS/WHS water festival in progress  Energy Star award for RMS in progress
