3 P= 5 (because there are originally 5 members) r=.27 (because 27/100=.27) t= 1 (number of years) Add what is inside parentheses Raise that number to the amount of time (1 in this case) Multiply by 5

4 A few months have gone by and John’s organization has not improved the seal clubbing issue at all. The population that used to be about 45000 has decreased at the rate of 25% every 3 years. What will the population be in 3 years?
