2 FOR MOST OF US Career planning is not a simple, straight forward, linear process which follows certain prescribed steps and ends up in a specific destination, then we live happily ever after.

3 IT IS INSTEAD A loop that continues to self-correct as we add information about our changing self and world around us. We constantly revisit our career plan as we grow and change.
