11. o Overview of plan o Designate a teacher to be the school’s Technology Coach and Coordinator (STC). o Purchase a mobile tablet lab for 32 students. o Purchase 15 tablets for each core teacher. o Initiate and establish technology professional development sessions twice a month. Budget: $50,000

12. o Plan Details o The School Technology Coach and Coordinator (STC) would be selected by the principal. This teacher would receive a $4,000 stipend. The STC responsibilities will include performing all the responsibilities mentioned in this presentation. o 48 Microsoft Surface RT 32G tablets will be purchased. The STC and the core teachers in the school will receive on as a training and teaching tool. The remaining 32 will be used to create a mobile tablet lab. A storage cart will be purchased. Budget: $50,000

13. o Plan Details o After-school professional development for technology training will be established and instructed by the STC. Teachers would receive a stipend of $30 per hour. Teachers will meet for 2 hours a month for 7 months. During these trainings, teachers will work on improving the usage and navigation of school administrative programs as well as other instructional programs that can be used in the classroom. It will be hands-on and productive. Flipped PD strategy will be used. Budget: $50,000
