It gives you personalised health and wellbeing information based on your answers to a guided self-assessment. 5. You will get a report of personalised results based upon your answers, which can be used to help you to maintain or improve your health and wellbeing. You can register with the website and save your assessment and results, so that you can return to it to measure your progress on any changes to lifestyle and behaviour that may improve your health All of the advice given is validated by health professionals, and the site also signposts you to helpful services and information.
