9. 3 Steps of Vision-Realization 1st Step: Visualize, enjoy, and prove! 2nd Step: Prepare and strategize! 3rd Step: Put the plan into action!

10. 1st Step Visualize concretely in your mind how glorious the realized vision will be! Ignite the passion for your vision! Prove whether your vision agrees with God’s vision by prayer!

11. 2’nd Step Allocate your resources to vision-realization as top-priority! Determine a long-term and a short-term goals! Find means to provide the resources! Find and uproot obstacles!

12. 3’rd Step If the vision is for the church or organization, share your vision with other people (Vision- casting)! Motivate yourself or others by evaluating and rewarding periodically! Expect failure! Persevere to the end!
