12 Commonly Asked Questions Q: What should I wear? A: Casual dress. Q: Are meals provided? A: Light breakfast and lunch buffet are provided for those with full NTC conference registrations. Please note that meals are not provided for show floor only registrations. However, you can order a box lunch from the ACC.

13 Exhibitor Schedule View full exhibitor schedule here View full exhibitor schedule here Load-in: Tuesday, March 3 from 10:00am – 6:00pm Load-out: Thursday, March 5 from 3:30pm – 9:00pm The 2015 Science Fair is on Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5 Brede Onsite Our exhibitor services contractor will have a station onsite in the Science Fair where exhibitors will be able to purchase last-minute items for their booths, arrange for return shipping, and receive general support.

15 Connecting at the Science Fair Can I invite people to the Science Fair? Yes! The Science is will be open to the public for a limited time on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 4, hours TBD. Invite your friends, colleagues, and clients to visit your booth at the Science Fair. Please note, no conference food or beverage is included with this type of pass. Lead Retrieval Services provided by Expo Logic Two types of lead retrieval services available: LeadKey: lightweight, battery-operated device that can store over 10,000 leads and can be quickly uploaded at the registration desk at the conclusion of the Science Fair LeadPod is an application that allows you to use your mobile device for lead retrieval. No deadline and you can order through their form with a check or credit card Online form

16 NTC Shipping How do I ship my booth materials? Shipping is through Brede Exposition Services http://www.brede.comhttp://www.brede.com. Please note that the Austin Convention Center and conference hotels do not accept direct shipments. All freight must be consigned through Brede. What about outbound shipping? You are responsible for your own return shipping. Please ensure that you have packing materials and shipping labels for any materials you want to ship back to your office/another show. You can make arrangements with Brede for help with packing and shipping.
