3 OBJECTIVES WALT (We Are Learning To): Understand the importance of data entry forms. Know how to lay out information in a suitable form. Extend your database capability. WILF (What I’m Looking For): You know what a database form is. You can create a basic form You have evaluated your work and use of databases.

4 WHICH LOOKS MORE PROFESSIONAL… What if someone changed the wrong record? What if they deleted something? Is the layout easier to follow here?

5 DEMONSTRATION Creating a basic form.

6 TODAY’S TASK Using your favourites database from last lesson, create a form based on your table. Add an additional 2-3 records. Change two records using your form. HELP Check the Videos on the WIKI.
