Why do externally driven initiatives like EA often reach parts that cannot be so easily reached internally? What issue(s) in delegates’ institution might be addressed by use of an EA change model approach? What is missing from the EA change model? What are the weaknesses of the EA change model? How could EA change model be scaled to the whole HE community?
