3.  23 Defendants  4 Judges-Iona Nikitchenko, Geoffrey Lawrence, Frances Biddle, Henri Donnedieu de Vabres.  4 Prosecutors- Sir Hartley Shawcross, Robert H. Jackson, Roman Rudenko and François de Menthon.  Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler, and Joseph Goebbels were all exempt due to their suicides. WHO WAS INVOLVED?
