Policy amendments Policy 1.1.15 Any addition or deletion of concurrency related projects in the Capital Improvements Program shall require a plan amendment to the Comprehensive Policy Plan. Policy 1.6.4 If a proposed development is consistent with the Land Development Code and the Comprehensive Policy Plan, but one or more concurrency-related facilities is deficient, the applicant may, at his/her expense, improve the level of service of the facility if and when such improvement is consistent with County plans and the County agrees to the improvement.
