20 WWW.GTCS.ORG.UK Interim 1 Initial Professional Development Action Plan Notes Notes  Your initial professional development action plan (IPDAP) should be completed by you in collaboration with your supporter and should be used to identify the initial focus for professional development covering the August to December period.  For your Interim Profile, you should use your career entry profile / ITE profile during discussions about your IPDAP.  For Final and Interim 2 Profiles, this section is an exact copy of your PDAP from your Interim 1.
