3 Revalidation is here ‘All licensed doctors will need to demonstrate to the GMC, on a regular basis, that they remain up to date and fit to practise. This process is called revalidation, and all licensed doctors will need to participate as a condition of keeping their licence to practise’. GMC, 2012 3
