CriteriaCriteria Improving productivity using IT draws all units together and it’s the Mandatory Unit in ITQ regardless of the ‘flavour’.

ITQ ‘core’ evidence ITQ ‘core’ evidence (example) Level 2 –The Text to Speech Grid showing features & functions etc. –Produce an instructional guide for an IT user and include troubleshooting advice for that TTS software –Create at least 2 sound files with the accompanying document and present to learners/others –Gather feedback from IT user and reflect on their comments Level 3 –The Text to Speech Grid showing features & functions etc. –Produce a flow-chart diagram for helping a learner select the best TTS solution for them in a particular context –Create at least 3 sound files using different TTS options and critically compare quality and fit for purpose –Gather feedback from IT user and reflect on their comments
