The Need for AgilePM  Much senior management is distrustful of agile  AgilePM is part of the ‘agile grows up’ movement “We use SCRUM for our agile projects” “The agile team just ignored our detailed specification!” “Agile is just an excuse for technical folk to do whatever they fancy” “Our PMO doesn’t work well with agile” “Where’s the project documentation ?” “We tried agile using a specialist supplier – it didn’t work” “Agile is just for IT” “Agile projects seem to be out of control” “We do proper projects – so we use PRINCE2”
