Person of the Year TIME's Person of the Year is bestowed by the editors on the person or persons who most affected the news and our lives, for good or ill, and embodied what was important about the year.

HISTORICAL PERSON OF THE YEAR You will be researching a historical person that you are nominating for HPOTY. Choose a name from the list or if you have an idea- check it with Mrs. Pellegrino.

Types of Visual Aid Visuals: objects that reflect some sort of information and can be used and referred to during the presentation. Visuals include: Power Points Posters Maps Graphs/Charts Pictures

Visual Aid Items your teachers are looking for: Picture of your person (LARGE) Picture of all of your accomplishments (LARGE) Minimum wording…NO SENTENCES!!!!! YOUR BEST BET IS TO CAPTION ALL OF YOUR PICTURES. Name LARGE PowerPoint – no more than 10 slides
