This message made approximately 11K contacts.

12 Special Attention & Noteworthy Incidents Fraud: 2015-0303: On 1/17, Victim contacted “Mikalah” via craigslist regarding tickets for the New England Patriots playoff game. Suspect and Victim contacted each other multiple times through the phone before agreeing to payment of prepaid cash cards. The Suspect told Victim that they would send the paper tickets via e-mail once the PIN numbers of the cash cards were received. Once Victim sent the PIN numbers to the Suspect, there was no more contact. Possession of Heroin: 2015-0307: On 1/17 at 2140hrs, Officers noticed a car without any tail lights and headlights on. When stopped the driver, the driver stated that the car was not his and he did not have a license. While securing the driver, the officer noticed the passenger, bending forward as if to retrieve something. Officers on scene assisted to secure both passengers and a person sitting in the back. The officer proceeded to search the car and discovered tools used in the injection of Heroin, along with white power. Both the driver and passenger had warrants for their arrest. All three were arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A (Heroin). I-93 Protester from Brookline Arrested On 1/15, a Brookline resident was arrested in connection with a protest that blocked I-93 south of Boston.
