6 Concession Stand We have the Small Concession Stand in 2016 Six (6) Volunteers per Game (Prefer Middle School & Freshman Parent volunteers), no school cafeteria involvement Six (6) home games in 2016 – Can be opened for JV Games – Large Concession Stand – 15 Volunteers per Game (Prefer Middle School & Freshman Parents) – 3 to 4 Volunteers per Game to assist the School Food Department in Wrapping Sandwiches (Prior to the Start of our Home Games, ~5:30) – Large Concession Stand Typically open for only for Varsity Home Games

7 50/50 for Varsity Home Games Need 4 Volunteers from 5:30 until ~ 7:00pm – Outside of the Stadium Need 4 Volunteers from ~ 7:00pm until Halftime – Inside of the Stadium Chairpersons also Coordinate the Sale of Programs with 50/50 – In the Breezeway

8 August Camp Meals About Ten (TBD) Meals in Total Requiring Volunteers (from Monday, August 8 th through Friday, August 19 th ) Need 3 Volunteers to Assist in Setting Up & Serving Need 3 Volunteers to Donate 4 Dozen Cookies / Desserts Chairpersons Coordinate Drinks Chairpersons Coordinate Meal Menus

9 Thursday Night Team Dinners Start the Second Game Week of our Season Dinners held at South Fayette Volunteer Fire Hall (Cuddy, PA) Immediately After Practice Players Need Their Own Ride to / from the Fire Hall Chairpersons Coordinate Meal Menus Chairpersons Coordinate Volunteers for Drinks and Desserts – Deserts will alternate between cookies and novelty ice cream

10 Night at the Races First Major Fundraiser of the Year (Complete for 2016) To be Held on Saturday, April 1 st, 2017 @ the Fairview Fire Hall In 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 NAR Cleared over $10k Profit

11 Steeler Nation – 2016 – Begins Tonight Second Major Fundraiser of the Year Each High School Family Receives 13 Tickets ($20 Apiece) Tickets Will Be Sold Through Saturday, August 27 th Winner to be determined on Saturday, September 3 rd based on the PA Pick 3 – 7:00 PM Drawing Winner Receives 4 Game Tickets including airfare to Ft. Lauderdale to see the STEELERS face the Dolphins at 1:00 PM on Sunday October 16, 2016 plus Hotel for three nights & $500 Cash Correspondence and Ticket Turn-in will be Coordinated with the Chairpersons as well as Your Class Representatives

12 Sponsorship & Program Ads Scoreboard Ads During Home Games Public Address Announcements During Home Games Program Ads Donations For Camp Meals & Thursday Night Team Dinners Major Sponsors Have Included Warchol Funeral Home, Burns & Scalo, UPMC Children’s Hospital, Sunoco / Extreme Auto Care, Dicks, Advanced Orthopedics, Hickory Heights Golf Club, Coleman Mitchell Heating & Cooling, and many, many more, just to name a few

13 What Does The Touchdown Club Provide our Players? High School Ohio Trip Camp Meals Thursday Night Team Dinners Hoagies and Drinks for all Varsity, Junior Varsity and Middle School Away Games T-shirts and Shorts - Varsity, JV and Middle School Players Travel Suits (sweats) for the Freshman 2 nd Year Jackets for the Sophomores (must have played their Freshman Year). Juniors and Seniors who play their 2 nd Year Qualify for jackets as well Senior Road Signs Year End Banquet for the High School Players including Gifts Two (2) $500 Scholarships Awarded to Seniors And Much More…
