11. Task   To produce a video that promotes an aspect of this year’s Anti Bullying Week theme “The Future is Ours: Safe, Fun and Connected”   To host that video online demonstrating good e-safety practices and showing due regard to copyright, permissions and consent.

Judging will be on the following criteria :-   The strength and quality of the message contained within the video.   How appropriate the video is for the intended audience.   The standard of the production skills used to produce the video.   Steps taken to protect participants’ safety once the video is hosted online

14. Judging will be on the following criteria :-   How the video has been tagged, categorised (if appropriate) online.   The level of safeguards in place to protect the user account that uploaded the video.   Entrants need to select which video service they use to host the video and send their entry by email to spencer_cartwright@bathnes.gov.uk

15. Entries must include :-   The public URL of the hosted video   The intended audience (age, gender etc.)   Brief outline of what e-safety steps were taken

16.   Entrants are responsible for obtaining all appropriate copyright clearances and permissions for any third party content used in their video. Entrants are also responsible for obtaining consent from all participants (including release forms where applicable) and making participants aware that they will be featured in a publicly visible video.
