2 Princess Place Preserve Open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., approximately 40,000 to 50,000 visitors frequent Princess Place annually. Located in northern Flagler County approximately 1.6 miles off Old Kings Road North, just east of US1 and I-95. Princess Place Preserve is a unique historical and environmental treasure containing the oldest homestead in Flagler County, circa 1886. The preserve's 1,435 acres are home to diverse ecosystems located along the confluence of the Pellicer Creek and the Matanzas River.

3 Riding Stable Built in 1890, located within the Preserve and included in the historic designation. The stable is the largest outbuilding located northwest of the lodge, a complex of the oldest standing buildings in Flagler County. The stable is unique because it is completely enclosed, has glass windows, raised wooden flooring, uniquely designed animal stalls and innovations that made feeding the animals easier.

4 Riding Stable It has a rectangular footprint built on a continuous foundation with drop siding. The main gable roof is pierced by two square cupolas and contains six large animal stalls. A lower hip roof with gabled dormers covers a storage room.
