2 Philosophy Project based learning is purpose driven, intrinsically motivated by the individual need to create capitalizing on personal interest. Students build on personal experience by actively seeking relevant information, thinking collaboratively, and caring about the final product. Incorporating science, math, and technology into daily lessons increases access to information and broadens the educational scope to accommodate a multidisciplinary approach to teaching and learning. The reward for achieving a goal is not driven by external incentive, but rather, by individual need to create and master.
