13 Changing the Landscape: Developing a New Faculty Academy 2012 – approached Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Director to create a New Faculty Orientation to include:  A weekend retreat with new faculty and administrators before faculty report for the fall semester  A new faculty academy cohort which would meet twice a month during the fall semester

14 2013 – Implemented first new faculty retreat and academy consisting of: A weekend retreat A new faculty academy cohort which met twice a month during the fall semester Sessions focused on pedagogy Implementing a New Faculty Academy
