36 36 Test WES Potential Changes in Test WES Precode –Precode files may identify the assessment the student took last year –Precode files may be used to indicate either MCA or MCA-Modified for students –Precode files may utilize a daily sweep of MARSS in order to add students into PearsonAccess and SchoolSuccess Minnesota Assessment Conference

37 37 Test WES Potential Changes in Test WES Precode –Precode sort order may be used to preload actual sessions in PearsonAccess and classrooms in SchoolSuccess –Precode files may be used to indicated accommodations needed –All potential changes in Test WES are dependant on MDE IT resources Minnesota Assessment Conference

38 38 PearsonAccess Reset of passwords –Only needed every 120 days –Email reminders will no longer be sent to users when the password is expiring Minnesota Assessment Conference
