1.Draw a shape on a plane and save the sketch (should turn grey). 2. Pick a new plane that is perpendicular to the previous drawing. 3. Click on the spline button to sketch the desired shape. 4. Save the desired sketch and check to see if line is connected to center or side of shape. 5. Go into the features tab and click on the swept boss/base button.

6. The blue box indicates the beginning shape that will go along the path and the pink box is for the path you drew. 7. After you fill in the boxes than it should show a preview of the swept shape. 8. Now you have your fully swept extruded shape.

9. In the step with the two boxes there is another option where you can change it from the shape bending with the curves to the shape never bending.  

1. Start with a basic sketch of any shape. 2. Extrude the shape to desired thickness and checkmark it. 3. Select the face that you wish to colour and at the top of screen click edit appearance button.

4. In the options screen on the left side is any colour and on the right side is premade designs. 5. Adjust colour to desired colour and hit checkmark.

6. Now you have a fully coloured face.

1. If you have a shape that has lots of overlapping lines that you wish to get rid then the trim tool will work. 2. Select the trim entities tool in the sketch section at the top. 3. In the options at the side choose the bottom one called trim to closest.

4. Put your cursor over the desired areas that need to be trimmed and click. 5. Continue to trim all other undesired lines.

6. Now you have your new desired shape.

7. Instead of individually clicking each line you can instead use the power trim tool 8. You then click and drag across the lines that you wish to delete. 9. That is another way to trim your undesired lines.
