Verbal Noun subject: The reading of story is interesting. 9. Present Participle subject: The boy standing at the door is my brother. 10. Past Participle subject: The building constructed fifty years ago collapsed last week. 11. Appositive subject: Mr Alam, Headmaster of our school is a kind man.

Preposition +noun: Over-exercise is not good for health. 6. Possessive Case +subject: Karim’s father is a farmer. 7. Present Participle + noun: A barking dog seldom bites. 8. Past Participle + noun : A burnt child fears the fire. 9. Through Conjunction: Two and two make four.
