3 Attractions Footfall of 25,000 during the Festival Distinctive State Days ( tamil, malayalam, Andha Pradesh ) Performance by 1. Fareed Hasan Khan of Delhi of sa Re Ga Ma fame for the opening ceremony. 2. Ila and Ibra Khalid of India Got Talent 2012 for the opening ceremony. 3. Ankita Mishra: Indian Idol 3 semi finalists who created a sensation and made likes of renowned lyricist Javed Akhtar and singer Udit Narayan dance to her melodious tunes. She will be performing at the closing ceremony.

5 Fareed Hasan Khan Born and grown up in the environment of music, Fareed hails from the musical lineage of the renowned Dilli Gharana, where his cradle was literally surrounded by the Stalwarts of renowned artists. He would hear the Khayals and Bandishes from his illustrious maternal grand father “Taan Samrat” Ustad Naseer Ahmed Khan. He is paternal grandson of sarangi maestro Ustad Mohammed Ahmed Banney Khan and the eldest son of Nizamuddin Khan. He took his initial Taleem under Ustad Zafar Ahmed Khan and subsequently by his father and uncle Tanveer Ahmed Khan and now has been learning the intricacies of the gayaki under the tutelage of Ustad Iqbal Ahmed Khan, the Khalifa of Dilli Gharana. Inspiring, dedicated and promising talented Fareed reveals imagination and vocal agility to his recitals. He has rare and gifted voice which is both mellifluous and has a tremendous reach between the three octaves. His charming persona makes the audience spell bound. He possesses a keen understanding of various angs of the gayaki emphasizing lachav- ghulav, his alaap is imaginative while his rhythmic play is pulsating and his taans emerge like rippling cascades. His raga delineation in the alaap is traditional in its finely-etched detailing, in the firat (Taans, Sargams etc.) he has an uncanny ability to execute movements that is complex and swift. With an equal ease he presents thumri,dadra,bhajans,sufi kalaam etc. genre of semi classical vocal. Initiated into the fine art of vocal, Fareed has performed in various concerts, like Baba Harbhallabh Sangeet Sammellan(jallandhar), Saptak Music Festival(ahmedabad), Swami Hari Daas Sangeet Sammellan etc.

6 Ila and Ibra Khalid

7 Ila and Ibra from Aligarh (UP), two young girls of 14-15 yrs old with an American accent rule over classical music by singing "More Kanha Jo Aaye" from the movie Sardari Begum, which is picturized on Kirron Kher and won the hearts of millions and also the judges. They finally got the ticket to Mumbai from where they reached the semi finals.

8 Ankita Mishra

9 Ankita Mishra from Kanpur, popularly known as Fire performer has shot into limelight with her performances in most popular reality show of Indian television Indian idol 3. Her soulful Voice & rocking performance have mesmerized the audience and her style & charming personality have earned her the title FIRE PERFORMER & make her favorite of Judges. On The basis of public voting she secured position in Top 4 in show Her singing & performance has earned her praises from the masses & the classes and she has a huge Fan following world wide.

10 Sponsorship Options The following sponsorship options are available 1.Title Sponsorship 2.Joint Title Sponsorship x 2 3.Day Sponsorship 4.Banner for Festival 5.Banner for a Day

11 Title Sponsorship The title sponsorship gives the following benefits to the company: 1. The event for its entire period will have the name of the company name as the prefix of India Festival 2013 in all communications. e.g XYZ India Festival 2013. 2. Main banner placement on all 6 days. 3. All announcements to be with the full name. 4. 10 banner placements on the school premises. ( 2 inside the auditorium in size 2 x 3 mts). 5. 25 VIP marked seats along with 200 invitations for all the functions. These invitation cards can be printed by you for your own distribution. Seats will be marked with your company logo to differentiate the section. 6. Joint felicitation of all the artists by the title sponsor along with the Chief Guest. 7. Option of putting up a stall for the entire period outside the hall. 8.Option of screening promotional film on all days of the festival. 9. Logo on the bottom of the main banner which will be a permanent fixture for the entire duration of the Festival. 10.Distribution of publicity material by the promoters during all the days outside the premises. 11.Logo on invitation cards. COST : SR 250,000

12 Joint Title Sponsorship X 2 There would be two joint sponsors for the festival. The joint sponsors will have the following benefits: 1. Exclusivity of industry for the joint sponsor. 2. The event for its entire period will have the name of the company name as the prefix of India Festival 2013 in all communications. e.g Al Abeer, Pehla India Festival 2013. 3. Name on main banner placement on all 6 days. 4. All announcements to be with the full name. 5. 5 banner placements on the school premises. ( 2 inside the auditorium 2x 3 mts). 6. 15 VIP marked seats along with 100 general invitations for all the functions. 7. Felicitation of artists along with the Chief Guest. 8. Option of putting up a display stand for the entire period outside the hall. The dimensions of the stall can be discussed. 9.Option of screening promotional film on all days of the festival during the break. 10.Distribution of publicity material by the promoters during all the days outside the premises. 11.Logo on invitation cards. 12.Logo at the bottom of the banner which will be a permanent fixture on all days of the festival. COST: SR 150,000 each

13 Day Sponsorship 1. The Day Sponsorship entitles prominence on the main banner along with the for the day event under the Title Sponosr/ Joint Title Sponsors. 3. All announcements to be with the name of the Day sponsor along with The title/ joint title sponsors. 4. 2 banners inside the auditorium in size 2 x 3 mts). 5. 10 VIP marked seats along with 100 invitations for the day function. Seats will be marked with your company logo to differentiate the section. 6. Joint felicitation of all the artists by the title sponsor along with the Chief Guest. 7. Option of putting up a stall for the day outside the hall. 8.Option of screening promotional film on the day of the festival. 9. Additionally Logo on the bottom of the main banner which will be a permanent fixture for the entire duration of the Festival. 10.Distribution of publicity material by the promoters on the day outside the premises along with Title and joint title sponsors. 11.Logo on invitation card for the day. COST : SR 50,000

14 Banner across the Festival 2 X 3 mtrs banner placed in a prominent position across the 6 days of the festival. Logo on the footer of the main banner which will be permanent. Logo on the invitation cards Placement of 5 roll ups ( 2 inside the auditorium and 3 outside the auditorium ) 5 VIP Invites plus 25 general invites for all the days of the festival. Cost : SR 25,000

15 Banner for a day One banner with a maximum size of 2 X 3 mtrs r placed on the side wall on the day of your choice. Logo on the invitation cards Placement of 2 roll ups outside the auditorium 2 VIP Invites plus 25 general invites for the day of choice Cost : SR 5,000
