Mission Statement The mission of the Uxbridge Chamber of Commerce is to be the voice of business in the Township of Uxbridge and represent the interests of all businesses to all levels of government. To provide benefits, education, networking opportunities, and services to support and promote the success and well- being of the Uxbridge business community

5. Implemented Accomplishments to date Financials FY2015 will not be presented at the AGM. We have visitors’ guests attending the breakfast. Any member can request to see the financials at any time by submitting a request to the Treasurer or sending an email to info@uxcc.ca. An email will be sent back to the member with a disclaimer. UXCC has a full Board of 5 Executives and 4 Directors Corporate Partners: First to partner with First Data, now Canada Wide Keystone Benefits, benefits insurance specialists for our members UPS, shipping benefits for our members Ron Noble Insurance, auto and home insurance for members and their families Esso, fuel discount Durham Sustain Ability

Implemented Accomplishments to date Sponsorships: 8 Bronze Sponsors currently Reduced cost of Breakfast Sponsorship to $125, offering more sponsors to spotlighting more businesses Events: Participation in the Fall Fair, Santa Claus Parade and Fantasy of Lights Completing second, entering into third year of Youth Ambassador program with a bursary Increased visibility with Cosmos ads, Times Journal coverage and growth/activity on our Facebook page Director actively sitting on the Tourism Board, with another Director assisting the Fair Board Office for the Chamber to increase exposure and interaction, located 24 Toronto Street #3

AGM 2016 Goals and Objectives Continue building and increasing our membership Add Gold and Silver sponsors to our program, currently considering of lower the entry sponsorship to Silver & Gold Fill all monthly Breakfast Sponsorships, spotlighting more local business Continue steps to have to the UXCC Board engage with Uxbridge Township Office UXCC / BIA coming together on key issues affecting local business Continue Youth Ambassador Program and positive relationship with Uxbridge Secondary School/mentor programs More exposure in local media (105.5 HitsFM, Cosmos, etc.) Maintain strong relationships with our Corporate and Business Sponsors
