17 Use correct endings n D = Suppress the Detail lines, so just totals show up. n I = Suppress the ID numbers, which would otherwise show up even if you don't ask for them. Without this, the ID will take up 10 spaces. You can use this, and still get the ID with only 4 spaces used up by listing ID# or 0. n N = No paging. This is used when you want to print a report, so it sends the whole report without stopping. Without it, it will pause when the screen fills up so you can read the output, and display another page when you push enter, etc. n P = Send the report directly to the Printer without displaying anything on the screen. Not used very often by schools, but a lot centrally n (IN) = Combination of both (I) and (N) n (DN) = Combination of both (D) and (N)
