Legislation: Marine Pollution, Fisheries, Solid Waste, Water Resources, Physical Planning Strategies and Action Plans: Biodiversity, Climate Change, Desertification, POPS, NEAP, MTDS. National: Integrate, Implement & Enforce Regional: Coordinate, Monitor & Evaluate
