No restriction on thematic area (bottom up) Project duration up to 3 years Market introduction is foreseen within 2 years after project completion The R&D-performing SME is leader of project other project participants: SMEs, universities, research institutes,large companies At least two participants from Eurostars participating countries The R&D performing SMEs are undertaking at least 50% of total R&D costs Well balanced partnership (no country responsible for more than 75% of the project costs) The leading SME performs the core research……and gets to exploit the results
